We offer a full-day trip countryside to explore the northern part of Bali Island. This tour features a great landscape, mountain, lush paddy fields, and tropical forest. First, after picking you up at your lobby hotel in the morning at about 08:30, we drive to crossing the inner island of Bali to Bedugul mountain resort where Lake Beratan is located. It takes about 1,5 hours to drive from the center of tourist areas such as Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, and Sanur. On the edge of the lake stands the temple of Ulun Danu, set in delightful gardens. Temple buildings occupy two minutes offshore islets and these, with their three and eleven-tier meru are hardly surprising, much photographed. The temple is dedicated to the spirit that derives its waters from the lake and was built about the 17 century by the King of Mengwi. There is also a Buddhist temple in the outside yard of the temple. We also see an Islamic mosque close by. Nearby the Ulun Danu Temple, Candi Kuning Village, there is fresh fruit and vegetable market.

The tour will be continued to drive upward to Asah Gobleg village, and see the twin lake panorama from the highland. From Bedugul will take about 20 minutes drive. On the way, we will see a colony monkey on the street. On Bali Island, there are 4 lakes and Lake Buyan is the third largest lake after Batur and Beratan. Adjacent to Lake Buyan is Lake Tamblingan, separated by a rainforest-covered hill. From Asah Gobleg Village, we also can see the beach of Lovina from the top with fresh cool air unpolluted. This village is also well known as the center of the Bali orange plantation, well growing with watery fruit.

The next destination is Gitgit waterfall, the highest waterfall in Bali. It takes about 30 minutes to drive from twin lake panorama via road to Singaraja city, the capital city of Buleleng Regency and about 11 km from Singaraja city as the former capital city of Bali Province. (Nowadays, Denpasar is the capital city of Bali Province .) To reach Gitgit waterfall, we have to walk about 800 meters to follow the well-signed foot steep. The tourist will be dropped off at the parking area located at Bedugul - Singaraja main street. Gitgit waterfall is in the plateau area with a height of about 35 meters and it is surrounded by tropical trees and emits constantly natural water debit during the year. Water splash and voices around the charming nature are amazing. Sometimes being able to see wild monkeys looking for water from Gitgit waterfall.

After visiting Gitgit waterfall, Bali countryside full day trip will be continued to visit Lovina Beach, a black sandy beach in the northern part of Bali Island. It takes about 45 minutes to drive from Gitgit waterfall. Lovina Beach is a laid-back 12 km stretch of coast to the West of Singaraja in North Bali. It is a welcome break from the bustle of the South. There are restaurants in Lovina that offer reasonable prices for lunch. After having lunch, Bali's full day trip will be continued to visit Banjar Hot Spring set amid the jungle in a beautifully landscaped tropical garden, close to Lovina Beach, it consist of three public and one private pool.

The sulphuric water is of volcanic origin and has an agreeable warm temperature of 37 degrees Celcius, ideal for people suffering from rheumatic diseases. The hot spring water gushes from the mouths of eight stone-carved nagas (mythical, dragon-like creatures) into the oblong-shaped upper pool. From the upper pool, the water overflows from the mouths of five more nagas into the largest of the three pools, which is square-shaped and situated at a lower level. There is a great opportunity to swim in Banjar hot spring water and recommended to bring changing cloth.

On the way back to the hotel, we will drive through Pupuan Village which offers a great panorama of rice terrace. Pupuan is also the center of the coffee, clove, and cocoa, and other tropical plantations. You also have a chance to test local Bali coffee.
