Uluwatu Temple: founded in 976 and of the six " Mother Temple " of Bali, this rather small complex is breathtakingly situated on the edge, of the sleep cliffs of South Bali's coastline. From the outer walls of the temple, the view plunges to approximately 70 meters from the beach. It has been told the cliffs, on which Uluwatu Temple has been built, are the petrified remaining of the ship that carried the goddess of the seas Dewi Danu, to Bali, where she decided to stay and rule. A large number of tame sacred monkeys live in and around the temple, expecting to be fed (do not wear glasses, large earrings, or necklaces). The highlight of your visit will be the magnificent sunset, painting the ancient walls into multi colors reflections of the ocean.
Kecak and Fire Dance: After a visit to the Uluwatu Temple, we will take a seat on stage to see one of the spectacular Bali art performances, Kecak
and Fire Dance, lasting about 1 hour, from 5 PM to 6 PM. Among visitors, Kecak Dance is often called The Monkey Dance. This dance constitutes a dance that has been processed in the form of drama. The name Kecak comes from the words cak, cak, cak shouted by the dancers continually throughout the show. A cappella of cak, cak, cak serves as the background music of this unique dance. There is no accompanying orchestra in this dance. Instead, a large group of men provides a continuous vocal background, something like a sound picture of an ocean in all its moods. They are dressed only in black and white check sarong, with a red flower behind the right ear and a white one behind the left.
Jimbaran Bay: Afterward, our Bali half-day tour proceeds, to visit Jimbaran
bay take about a 25-minute drive from Uluwatu Temple, where you will be pampered right on the beautiful white sandy fishing beach with a delicious variety of grilled seafood such as king prawns, cuttlefish, and snapper, prepared on coconut leaves. Nowhere else on the island you can obtain fresher seafood than there. Tasty Balinese sauce, rice, and potatoes accompany the course. You will experience a unique atmosphere, while a group of musicians will come to you and sing a song as per your request. A fantastic dinner under the star on the white sandy beach will one of the best memories of your holiday in Bali.
